Once we receive your new renter form, One of our helpful LUX Agents will discuss your wants and needs in more detail, and answer any questions you might have about the process. After you sign your client agreement we will then send you a collection of available properties that meet your criteria.
It's time to get our there and see some places! We'll schedule a tour of your top five favorite properties.
Our work doesn't stop once you find the perfect place! We'll help you complete your offer, hand deliver it and negotiate terms for you, until it's accepted.
Once your offer is accepted, you'll make your initial deposit and sign your lease. We'll review all the lease terms and financial obligations with you, to ensure you're comfortable with every detail.
Congratulations! You'll get your keys and move into your new place.
